New Media Album, Conference Room and Analytic updates
The development team at Noodle have been working hard to provide some exciting updates for Noodle users to help cool off this summer. We wanted to make sharing your summer vacation photos and videos easier so we improved our Media Album. Online meetings look better than ever in our upgraded Conference Room. Try it out by sharing some of your vacation memories with team members! We’ve also added even more analytic functionality. Now you are able to select a specific user to view their activity on the site within a specific timeframe. These improvements make Noodle even easier for the user and provides new functionality to introduce to your intranet.
Conference Room
The Conference Room is a great application to hold online meetings and collaborate in groups. To make the meetings more interactive and social, we have improved the interface and added user profile pictures in the chat window. It’s also easier now to view past meeting details, meeting notes and to share files.

Video Sharing
In the Media Album application, you now have choices to share video. This can be done by uploading your video to your Noodle server and playing the video in your Noodle page. You also now have the ability to easily share video from other websites, like YouTube. Simply input the link you’d like to share and Noodle will allow you to play the video without navigating away from Noodle.

View User’s History
Now, administrators have more analytic options to monitor the activity and adoption of your intranet. You can now select a specific user and a date range to track Views and Downloads from your users. Help identify how your intranet is being used and who is using it.Combining this new feature with the rest of our analytic tools, truly gives you a better overall look at the status and success of your intranet.
