Your Advisor will ask you some questions to gather your needs and requirements and use that to build you a prototype site. If you do not have something specific in mind, that’s okay! We can provide an overview of the benefits and possibilities of Noodle for your organization. Noodle Advisors are experts in business communication, dissemination of information and the structure and effectiveness of Intranet software.
Personalized Prototype Demonstration
Your Noodle advisor will demonstrate the prototype site to you and your team and answer any questions and feedback you may have. The demonstration is usually 45-60 mins and you can include as many team members as you like. After the demonstration, you will then have access to the prototype site for 30-days for free!

You are not left alone during your evaluation. You can email or set up a call with your Noodle Advisor at any time to receive:
- Answers to any questions
- How-to assistance
- Help personalize your site further for your needs
- Populate content to show to other stakeholders
- Technical information or advise
- Pricing or hosting information
Becoming a Noodle Client – Registration
When you have completed your evaluation and chosen Noodle as your intranet service, we will Register your prototype site to allow you to start to populate users and content right away. Anything you need to help get your site started will be provided by your Noodle advisor, including:
- Training for Administrators, Content Creators and End-Users (as required)
- Set up discussion and advice
- Migration overview and advice
- Best practices guidance
- Technical set up assistance (Accounts, Active Directory, SSO, On-Premise etc.)
- And anything else that you may require to have a successful launch

Once you have registered with Noodle and set up your site, we can also help you plan a successful launch of your intranet to generate buzz and have a healthy starting engagement to ensure your intranet site is your employee’s best tool for assisting with their day-to-day tasks and to share information and success stories with your team members.
Of course, at any time you will have access to your Noodle Advisor to answer questions, provide product and bug support, on-going technical support as well as options for future training for new Administrators that may be new to Noodle that want a review of the software. We will always be there to assist you in furthering the growth and cultivation of your intranet helping your organization achieve its goals, together.
