Your responsibilities will be:
Fully understand current technologies
Modify current source code/Database to improve existing software
Modify current source code/Database to fix bugs
Implement new future enhancements
Plan, Integrate and document new features/technologies
Contribute daily and work as a team to create the best online collaboration package
Help answer incoming support calls & Emails from existing and potential customers
Support sales by offering product and technical support
Assist with packaging, testing and deployment
Manage and Complete all SRED reports and documentation
